	September 29, 2009 RE: REVISIONS TO PORT OF GRAYS HARBOR TARIFF NO. 1 (MARINE TERMINAL SERVICES) Terminal Tariff No. 1 (Marine Terminal Services) - Effective October 1, 2009. The following change to Terminal Tariff No. 1 will take effect October 1, 2009: • Dockage Rule 34-300, subrules 306 (new), 310, and 350 have been modified to change the dockage charge basis and rates for vessels berthing at Port Terminal No. 2 AGP dry bulk facility. The dockage charge for this facility will be calculated using the vessel’s gross registered tonnage (GRT) at the rates specified in Subrule 350. Other vessels berthing at Port Terminal No. 2 liquid bulk or general cargo facilities will be charged dockage based upon vessel’s length-over-all (LOA). The Pilotage tariff is modified to change tariff rates as authorized by the Washington State Board of Pilotage Commissioners. RE: REVISIONS TO PORT OF GRAYS HARBOR TARIFF NO. 1 (MARINE TERMINAL SERVICES) AND TO SHIP ASSIST AND LAUNCH SERVICES TARIFF NO. 2 Terminal Tariff No. 1 (Marine Terminal Services) - Effective July 4, 2009. The following change to Terminal Tariff No. 1 will take effect July 4, 2009: • Subrule 510, “Schedule of Labor Hour Rates,” has been modified to include increases in ILWU and Port labor contracts. Ship Assist and Launch Services Tariff No. 2 - Effective July 1, 2009. The following changes to Terminal Tariff No. 2 will take effect July 1, 2009: • Section 110.4, “Ship Assist Services Rates and Terms” has been modified to reflect new service rates. • Section 120.1, “Service Provider,” has been modified to list Brusco Tug & Barge has the service provider. April 28, 2009 RE: REVISIONS TO PORT OF GRAYS HARBOR TARIFF NO. 1 (MARINE TERMINAL SERVICES) Terminal Tariff No. 1 (Marine Terminal Services) - Effective May 1, 2009. The following changes to Terminal Tariff No. 1 will take effect May 1, 2009: • Subrule 650, “Security” is modified to include rates and conditions for security services requested and/or required. January 7, 2009 RE: REVISIONS TO PORT OF GRAYS HARBOR TARIFF NO. 1 (MARINE TERMINAL SERVICES) Terminal Tariff No. 1 (Marine Terminal Services) - Effective January 7, 2009. The following changes to Terminal Tariff No. 1 will take effect January 7, 2009: • Subrule 430, “Rates- Handling, Wharfage, Service and Facility, Car Handling” and Subrule 350, “Schedule of Dockage Rates,” are modified to include rates for import vehicles/autos. Note: A Tariff Update Notice was issued January 2, 2009. Please refer to this update for other changes which will be effective January 16, 2009. January 2, 2009 RE: REVISIONS TO PORT OF GRAYS HARBOR TARIFF NO. 1 (MARINE TERMINAL SERVICES) Terminal Tariff No. 1 (Marine Terminal Services) - Effective January 16, 2009. The following changes to Terminal Tariff No. 1 will take effect January 16, 2009: • Subrule 310, “Dockage Charge – Basis,” and Subrule 350, “Schedule of Dockage Rates,” are modified to change dockage charges for vessels berthing at Port Terminals. • Subrule 420, “Wharfage,” has been modified to change the minimum wharfage charge that shall be applied to any single shipment. • Subrule 510, “Schedule of Labor Hour Rates,” has been modified to change charges for “Unarmed Security” services. • Subrule 605, “Schedule of Equipment Rental Rates,” has been modified to change equipment rental hourly rates and minimum charges. • Subrule 625, “Water, Fresh furnished to Vessels and Other Users,” has been modified to change service rates and minimum charge. • Subrule 650, “Security Fees,” is modified to change the rate to $210.00 per eight (8) hour period. October 30, 2008 RE: REVISIONS TO PORT OF GRAYS HARBOR TARIFF NO. 1 (MARINE TERMINAL SERVICES) AND TO PILOTAGE SERVICES TARIFF Terminal Tariff No. 1 (Marine Terminal Services) - Effective November 15, 2008. The following changes to Terminal Tariff No. 1 will take effect November 15, 2008: • Subrule 510, “Schedule of Labor Hour Rates,” has been modified to include increases in ILWU labor contracts August 1, 2008 RE: REVISIONS TO PORT OF GRAYS HARBOR PILOTAGE SERVICES TARIFF Effective August 1, 2008. April 24, 2008 RE: REVISIONS TO PORT OF GRAYS HARBOR TARIFF NO. 1 (MARINE TERMINAL SERVICES) EFFECTIVE MAY 1, 2008 Terminal Tariff No. 1 (Marine Terminal Services) - Effective May 1, 2008. The following changes to Terminal Tariff No. 1 will take effect May 1, 2008: • Subrule 610, “Terminal No. 2 AGP Facility Cement Hatch Spout Attachment” is modified to add sub-section “Vessel’s Right to Refuse Use of Cement Hatch Attachment,” and to make other minor language changes to the Subrule to clarify procedures for utilizing the cement hatch attachment during loading operations at the AGP Facility. March 31, 2008 RE: REVISIONS TO PORT OF GRAYS HARBOR TARIFF NO. 1 (MARINE TERMINAL SERVICES) EFFECTIVE APRIL 15, 2008 Terminal Tariff No. 1 (Marine Terminal Services) - Effective April 15, 2008. The following changes to Terminal Tariff No. 1 will take effect April 15, 2008: • Subrule 510, “Schedule of Labor Hour Rates Per Title,” is modified for the following positions: Yard Marshalling, Maintenance/Equipment Shop, and Unarmed Security. • Subrule 610, “Terminal No. 2 AGP Facility Cement Hatch Spout Attachment” is added to establish the terms and conditions for the use of the cement hatch attachment when loading vessels at Port Terminal No. 2 AGP Facility, and establishing the related fees for such use.
