Only an hour and a half from open ocean, Terminal 3 is an 150 acre site with a deep water marine terminal. The site is available for sale or lease.

The Port has installed rail access which is served by the Burlington Northern & Santa Fe and Union Pacific railroads, through the Puget Sound and Pacific Railroad.

Less than one mile from Bowerman Airport, Terminal 3 is linked to Interstate 5 via a four-lane state highway.  The site has electrical service, natural gas, industrial water and wastewater treatment capacity.
