If you are a shopping for the freshest seafood, Westport has it. Fresh tuna, salmon, prawns and crab are among the items that you can buy right off of the boats or from the many local canneries.

Westport Museum

Whale skeleton

Experience the history of Washington's Coast up close and personal.

View the enormous whale skeleton or get caught in the one thousand lights of the historic Destruction Island Lighthouse's Fresnel lens at the Westport Maritme Museum just off the docks of the Marina.

A short drive from the Marina is the 109 year old Grays Harbor Lighthouse, open for tours.

Dunes Trail & Surfing

Looking for exercise? Walk or bike the oceanfront Westport Dune Trail, linking the Marina area with the Lighthouse State Park.

Watch as Northwest surfers catch a wave at Westhaven State Park.

Loaded with star fish and sand dollars, the South Jetty is a great place for beach combing.

Viewpoints

Whether it's a sunny afternoon or a bitter winter storm - views from the Westport viewing tower are worth the short climb.

There are also viewing platforms near the fishing pier and along the dune trail.
