Westport Marina Walking Tours: Charting a New Course on Sept 23 + 24

WESTPORT, WASH. – After 5 successful years, the Port of Grays Harbor is excited to announce an all-new, freshly revised Walking Tours for the 2026 season.
The Westport Marina is a hub of activity for Grays Harbor. Supporting a diverse and multifaceted working waterfront, Westport is currently ranked as the #10 seafood landing port in the nation, and the biggest, most productive in Washington state. Westport is thriving with commercial, charter, and recreational fishing activities. Beyond fishing, the community is a hot spot for ocean recreation, tourism, industry, and more.
The revised tour will feature a Marina overview, followed by visits with U.S. Coast Guard Station Grays Harbor, Grays Harbor Bar Pilots, Westport Shipyard, commercial fishermen, shellfish growers. seafood processors, and a look at Phase I of the Westport Marina Modernization Project.

Walking tours of the Westport Marina will be offered:
Wednesday, September 23rd: 3:30pm
Thursday, September 24th: 3:30pm
Reservations are required, and participants should expect to walk approximately one-half mile during the tour. This tour includes prolonged walking over varying terrain and may not be appropriate for individuals with limited mobility.
