Lynch Creek Farm expands at Satsop Business Park to accommodate holiday season growth

ELMA, WASH.  –   Just in time for peak holiday season, Lynch Creek Farm, a leading handcrafter of traditional and decorated Christmas wreaths, fresh centerpieces, and other holiday gifts, has expanded their operations to over 200,000 square feet of warehouse and storage space at the Satsop Business Park.

A customer at the Park since July 2020, Lynch Creek Farm started with 40,000sf of storage space in the Olympic View Warehouse to accommodate their existing operations in Mason County.  In July 2021, they more that doubled their footprint to expand their centerpiece operation at Satsop.

Their latest expansion includes an option to lease the remaining 60,000 SF of space in the Olympic View Warehouse. Over the span of three years they have implemented the making of holiday centerpieces at the Satsop location. This year, they have added wreath making to the Satsop operation and have expanded their product line to include gourmet gift boxes, all assembled at the Satsop location. While Lynch Creek is based in Grays Harbor and Mason Counties, they ship their locally-made products nationwide.
