2026 | Westport Marina Spring Updates
Happy Spring, from the Westport Marina
The changing seasons bring fresh energy to the marina, but the work here never slows down! From winter through summer, the marina remains a hub of activity supporting our fishing fleet and local seafood industry. As summer approaches, we also welcome increased recreational boating and more visitors along the waterfront. With several projects underway and new developments ahead, it’s an exciting time in the Westport Marina.
MOLO Update
We are now three months into using our new software system, MOLO. Thank you for your patience and cooperation as we’ve worked through this transition. While the bulk of the conversion is behind us, we’re still fine‑tuning a few details. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to Marina staff with any questions, feedback, or suggestions as we continue to improve the process.
If you’ve still not set up your MOLO account, please click HERE to do so!
Key Dates & Events
Please take a moment to mark your calendars for these upcoming important dates:
April 1 — PGH Commission Meeting
9:00 AM PGH Commission Chambers 111 S. Wooding Street, Aberdeen, WA 98520 Zoom link will be posted prior to the meeting
In January 2026, the Port engaged a third‑party consultant to review the marina waitlist policy and moorage rates. With increasing demand for annual moorage, major capital investments on the horizon, and growing scrutiny around slip management, BST Associates was selected to conduct a review of the Westport Marina’s waitlist process and annual and monthly moorage rates.
The findings of this study will be presented at the April 1st Commission meeting. While no action will be taken at this meeting, the presentation is a valuable opportunity to learn how Westport Marina compares regionally in terms of rates and moorage demand.
April 10 — Fishermen’s Friday
Stop by the marina office for donuts and coffee and spend some time with marina staff! This is a great opportunity to talk about current projects, summer plans, and all things marina.
We’ll also have a workstation available for those interested in learning how to access the 2026 summer monthly moorage request form.
April 15 — Summer Moorage Reservation Day
For more than 20 years, summer moorage reservations have opened on April 15 at 8:00 AM. In recent years, the sheer volume of requests has led Port staff to reevaluate how requests are accepted and managed. As a result, changes are being implemented this year.
2026 Monthly Recreational Moorage Requests
Requests must be submitted online at 8:00 AM via the form on the Port website
No in‑person, email, or phone requests will be accepted
Requests will be processed in the order they are received

The form will be available on the Port of Grays Harbor website HERE. (Form goes live at 8 am sharp on the 15th)
We repeat: there is only one way to submit requests.. through the form!
