Westport Marina Waitlist Review & Rate Study

In January 2026, the Port contracted with BST Associates to conduct a Westport Marina Waitlist Review & Rate Study. With increasing demand for annual moorage, major capital investments on the horizon, and growing scrutiny around slip management, BST Associates was selected to conduct a review of the Westport Marina’s waitlist process and annual and monthly moorage rates.  The review examines waitlist trends, moorage trends, user trends, and the reciprocal impact of the waitlist and moorage rates. Its findings provide data‑driven insights to help improve transparency, manage demand, and guide future marina policy and planning decisions.
